Eagle Updates
We will begin preseason conditioning 12/8. While participation is not required, it is highly encouraged for both returning athletes and newcomers who want to prepare for the upcoming season, which officially starts January 19, 2026.
Preseason Conditioning Schedule:
Dates: Monday, December 8 – Thursday, December 11
Time: 3:45 PM – 5:15 PM
To participate, you must have a current physical and Insurance information uploaded in Rank One

Former Athletes are encouraged to donate their gently used uniform pieces back to the program for use by other athletes.
The Spiritwear Store will reopen in January and will be filled with new and unique Milton High Track and Field items that are sure to delight.

The Spiritwear store is run by one of our very own MHS T&F Families and $5 from every item goes back to MHS T&F. It's easy to look great and support the Eagles!
